Job description

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can engage with existing customers, address their concerns, and ensure long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for customer success.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide resolutions.
  2. Handle customer queries, complaints, and retention issues efficiently.
  3. Work closely with the Customer Support team to improve customer experience.
  4. Analyze customer data to track trends in cancellations or service dissatisfaction.
  5. Provide regular reports and insights on customer service efforts.

Requirements:


  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, retention, or client servicing.
  2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience in BPO, Telecom, E-Commerce, or subscription-based services is an advantage.
  5. Graduation is mandatory.
  6. Proficiency in English.
  7. Availability to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off.
  8. Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
  9. Willingness to work night shifts.
  10. One-way cab facility will be provided.
