Role & responsibilities — Customer Service Associate in Fusion CX Kolkata:

  • Manage Voice Support, Chat, and Email applications for Customer Support
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales and customer service problems
  • Provide product and service information
  • Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting them to management as needed
  • Following up on complicated customer calls where required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
  • Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Job Requirements

Preferred candidate profile for Customer Service Associate role in Kolkata:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Freshers are also welcome
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal/written with proper grammar in English and Hindi
  • Good computer and typing (28-30 wpm) skills
  • Candidates pursuing their graduation from distance learning can also apply, but they must ensure that examinations are after 06 months from the date of joining
