Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner
• Utilizing MS-Word and MS-Excel to maintain accurate customer records and data
• Communicating effectively in local language both verbally and in writing
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Resolving customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Contributing to a positive work environment and fostering strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS-Office is preferred; knowledge of Tally is preferred
