Primary Objectives
  • Engage directly with our users to understand how they use our products, what they love, and what we can improve.
  • Share these insights with the product team to help build better, user-loved products.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Significant focus on professionalism and quality of service.
  • Conduct 30-45 min interviews with existing customers (remote/virtual).
  • Ask thoughtful questions to uncover user journeys, pain points, and success stories.
  • Identify key themes and actionable insights from user conversations.
  • Work closely with the product team to share feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain user interview records and reports for leadership.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions.
Technical Skills You Should Have
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS Environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Empathy and active listening.
  • Curiosity to ask the why behind user behavior.

Qualification
