Primary Objectives
- Engage directly with our users to understand how they use our products, what they love, and what we can improve.
- Share these insights with the product team to help build better, user-loved products.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Significant focus on professionalism and quality of service.
- Conduct 30-45 min interviews with existing customers (remote/virtual).
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover user journeys, pain points, and success stories.
- Identify key themes and actionable insights from user conversations.
- Work closely with the product team to share feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain user interview records and reports for leadership.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions.
Technical Skills You Should Have
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS Environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Empathy and active listening.
- Curiosity to ask the why behind user behavior.

- A strong focus on professionalism and providing high-quality service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions.
Qualification
- Any Graduate with fluency in English speaking (must be comfortable communicating with US, UK, AUS & Canada customers).
