Glan Management Consultancy is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager whose primary responsibility will be engaging with clients regarding their ordered materials. The role is based in East of Kailash, Delhi, and offers a salary range of 15K to 19K.

The ideal candidate should be a female graduate or post-graduate with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in customer support or management. Strong communication skills are essential for this role to ensure seamless client interactions and feedback gathering.

• Confirm delivery schedules with clients.

• Provide dispatch documents to clients.
• Reply to client inquiries and assist as needed.
• Gather client feedback and testimonials.
