Nature of Work:

  • Customer representative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders and sales independently
  • Book orders and send confirmation documents via JDE/MRP systems
  • Coordinate with teams to answer customer queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments on goals and timelines
  • Create monthly MIS reports
  • Support logistics and operations for shipment planning
  • Work with technical and commercial data sheets
  • Documentation (ABG, PBG) and finance coordination for project orders
  • Implement best customer service practices
  • Daily use of Oracle-based MRP system
  • Monitor KPIs and create action plans for improvements
