Job summary

PerkinElmer in Pune seeks a Customer Master Data Management Lead to own the customer MDM lifecycle, improve data flows, and lead data governance initiatives. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to drive data quality and onboarding improvements.

The role requires 6–10 years of MDM/CRM data governance experience, with strong knowledge of SAP BP, Salesforce, and EBX or similar tools. A leadership mindset and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years experience in Customer MDM / CRM data governance.
• Strong exposure to SAP Business Partner, Salesforce Account model, EBX or similar.
• Experience managing hierarchies, data quality, and global customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Master lifecycle including onboarding, hierarchy management, enrichment, and deactivation.
• Lead Customer MDM operations, SLA/KPI management, and backlog prioritization.
• Improve SAP Salesforce customer data flows and re‑implement push‑to‑SAP processes.
• Enable bulk account creation and standard onboarding workflows.
• Establish data governance policies, stewardship model, and approval workflows.
• Drive data quality dashboards and remediation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
• Coordinate MSP delivery and internal resources for execution.
