  • Participate in research callouts as part of the team when required
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Identify and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Process and log inquiries from emails, calls, and social media on the CRM system
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Update customer information as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
  • Align personal goals with the objectives of the organization
