MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Area Level role, servicing exiting customers, driving renewals, Rider sales, upsell/cross sell and surrender retention from branch

JOB SUMMARY

• To give personal care by visits,
• Whatsapp calls & high touch engagement with existing customers.
• To leverage the expertise of this team in relationship Management, customer service to build & maintain strong, lasting relationships with policyholders, ensuring their financial security.
• To introduce new products, riders, improve claim readiness, customer service & branch surrender retention.

Key Responsibilities
