The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a dedicated French customer support or helpdesk role and excellent French and English communication skills.

This position is office-based with US shift hours and offers fresher up to 44k and experienced up to 52k take-home monthly, plus performance incentives up to 5,000.
