Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• BPO/ Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound transactions Voice/Non-Voice.
• Position would be responsible for resolving customer queries on the transaction.
• Previous experience in customer support role would be an added advantage.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills in English along with active listening and typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer.
• Must be willing to work in rotational night shift.

Qualifications: - Minimum 12th, Graduate (any stream)

Salary for fresher: - 12k-13k Inhand
