International BPO (UK Voice Process ) Job Title : Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Representative Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat Shift Timings :9:30 AM-6:30PM & Part time : 6:30PM-11:30PM Day Shift (6 Days in a week & 1 day will be week off)

Job Overview:

• In this role, you'll answer incoming calls.
• You'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
• The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment aligned with UK business hours.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a customer-first mindset are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
