Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Shift: Rotational (including weekends, with weekday offs)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions in a timely manner
  • Log, track, and manage customer issues using internal systems
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
  • Meet performance benchmarks such as response time, resolution rate, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (freshers or experienced candidates can apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support/Voice Process preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing schedules
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
