Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business priorities is a key aspect, alongside fostering an environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
