Sr. BDM or BDM (IT) | Ahmedabad work from office only

Candidate must have 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Developer in website development or mobile apps development.

If you thrive on developing new business and being rewarded through a base salary and lucrative commission plan, as a Business Development Manager, you will help our organization remain competitive and grow by identifying and acquiring new accounts that will have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company. The Business Development Executive will lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business; develop and maintain effective key customer relationships as well as ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Liable for global business development and lead generation for website development or mobile apps development.
Required Skills:
  • A graduate from any stream.
  • Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale.
  • Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies; have a working knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
  • Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market.
  • Possess a growth-oriented philosophy and be able to manage growth responsibly.
  • Entrepreneurial-oriented philosophy.
  • Must have ITES sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
