Machining experience in critical components, tooling selection, fixture design

Technology Strategy and Innovation

• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with the company's business goals.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the auto components industry.
• Lead innovation initiatives to improve product quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Research and Development (R&D)

• Oversee the R&D department, manage the development of new auto components and systems. Ensure that R&D projects are executed efficiently and within budget.

Product Design and Engineering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and engineer auto components. Ensure that products meet regulatory and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement in product design and engineering processes.

Manufacturing and Production

• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes. Ensure efficient and cost-effective production of auto components. Oversee technology adoption in manufacturing, such as automation and robotics.

Talent Management

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical professionals. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Budgeting and Financial Management

• Develop and manage the technology budget. Allocate resources effectively to support R&D and technology initiatives.
