Advanced Telemed is seeking a CT/MRI Technologist to join our teleradiology team in Mumbai. You will prepare draft reports using our AI tool, review images, clinical history, and prior studies, and ensure accuracy before radiologist sign-off.

Final interpretation remains with the radiologist. Ideal candidates have 2+ years CT/MRI experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with PACS/RIS and AI-assisted reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on CT and/or MRI experience.
• Solid knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, CT/MRI protocols and MRI sequences.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and structured templates.

Responsibilities

• Review CT and MRI studies for US cases, ensuring completeness and correct protocol.
• Use AI draft reporter to generate first draft and verify anatomy, measurements, and comparisons.
• Prepare structured draft reports for CT/MRI templates.
• QA drafts for errors and flag discrepancies to radiologist.
• Meet turnaround time targets for ER/trauma and routine cases.
• Provide feedback on AI draft quality.

Advanced Telemed is a US teleradiology company providing remote radiology reporting to hospitals, emergency rooms and imaging centres across 13+ US states. Our India team works alongside US-licensed radiologists and uses AI-based tools to deliver fast, accurate reports.

About the Role

We are looking for a CT/MRI Technologist to prepare draft CT and MRI reports for our radiologists to review, edit and sign. You will use our in-house AI draft reporter as the starting point, check the draft against the images, clinical history and prior studies, and QA reports for accuracy and consistency before they reach the radiologist. Final interpretation and sign-off always remain with the radiologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review CT and MRI studies, including series, sequences, contrast phases and reconstructions, for US cases
• Confirm study completeness and technique: correct protocol, contrast vs non-contrast, missing series or sequences, motion or artifact issues
• Use our AI draft reporter to generate a first draft, then verify and correct it: anatomy covered, measurements, laterality, technique section and comparison with prior studies
• Prepare structured draft reports in the correct template for the study type (CT head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, spine, CTA; MRI brain, spine, joints/MSK, abdomen)
• QA draft and final reports for errors such as left/right mismatches, wrong body part or contrast phase, template mismatch, missing sections, inconsistent measurements, contradictions between findings and impression, and transcription errors
• Flag discrepancies between images, history and draft report for radiologist attention
• Flag urgent or critical findings (e.g. bleed, stroke signs, free air, PE, cord compression) to the radiologist immediately per protocol
• Give feedback on AI draft quality to help improve the tool
• Meet turnaround time (TAT) targets for ER/trauma and routine cases

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology or Radiology Technology (BSc MIT / BRIT / DMIT) or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on CT and/or MRI experience
• Solid knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, CT/MRI protocols, contrast phases and MRI sequences
• Strong written English and attention to detail; able to spot errors quickly
• Comfortable working with AI tools, PACS/RIS and structured templates
• Willing to work fixed shifts, including night shifts
• A laptop/desktop with a good-quality display, stable high-speed internet, power backup, and a quiet, private workspace for work-from-home days (patient data confidentiality)

Preferred

• ER/trauma CT experience
• Experience with US (American) reporting formats or teleradiology
• Prior experience in report QA, medical transcription or reporting support
• ARRT (CT/MR) or equivalent certification (a plus, not required)

• Early Morning 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST: Mon–Fri or Wed–Sun
• Evening – 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST: Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu
• Night – 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST: Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu

Work from Office (Mumbai)

• Day – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST:
• Mon–Sat (Sunday off): Mon–Fri in office, Saturday from home, or
• Sun–Fri (Saturday off): Mon–Fri in office, Sunday from home
