Job summary

Role & responsibilities

• Work performance indicate a commitment to sterilizing processes and that areas of improvement are identified.
• To run Sterilizer on to a dummy run. Note length of cycle.
• To unload and folding of theatre linen daily, folding, packaging, dating stocks of dressings, linen etc. for wards and departments; also special stock for Midwifery.
• To do labeling all sterile stock prior to sterilizing according to traceability requirements.
• To be responsible for stripping theatre trolley and disposing of contents according to types.
