Job summary

Parle Agro Pvt Ltd in Malad Mumbai is seeking a Mobiliser to identify unemployed individuals from nearby underserved communities and enroll them into training programs. You will motivate participants, build strong community relations, and coordinate with local volunteers, driving outreach through community channels and campaigns.

The role requires basic knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to run digital campaigns to expand impact. Reports to CSR Head.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MSW with social sciences / community development preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in NGOs.

Responsibilities

• Identify unemployed people from nearby underserved communities.
• Mobilize and enroll candidates into training programs.
• Maintain community relations to ensure participation in Nirmaan activities.
• Create community platforms to counsel on professional opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and running digital campaigns.
• Document information, map catchment areas, and follow up for enrollment.
• Raise local volunteers and contacts, plan community events.
• Send press notes and maintain relations with local reporters.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying unemployed from nearby underserved communities

Motivating and getting them enrolled through various mobilization strategies into various training programs

Maintaining strong community relations to ensure participation of children, and in Nirmaan activities

Creating platforms at a community level through which can be counselled on various professional opportunities

Basic knowledge on digital marketing

Run varies digital campaigns

Regular Tasks:

Information Dissemination & Mapping catchment area

Conducting mobilization drives (Door to door canvassing, Public Announcements)

Documenting into database

Follow-up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled

Raising local volunteers & Point of Contacts in community

Home visits for trainees & Planning community events

Sending press notes and maintaining healthy relationships with local news reporters

Essential Skills

Education Qualification
