Job summary

Swaniti Initiative is seeking a motivated professional to support the Hunger Free Bharat Initiative for a partner organization. The role coordinates food distribution drives in underserved communities and leads CSR partnerships, fundraising, and donor engagement to grow the program's impact.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in CSR or related fields, strong proposal writing and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with NGOs and corporate partners to drive social outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, corporate fundraising, or social impact initiatives.
• Experience in developing CSR proposals and fundraising proposals.
• Experience with NGOs, development organizations, or social sector projects is an advantage.
• MBA/MA/MSW or related degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food distribution drives in underserved communities.
• Drive CSR partnerships, fundraising and corporate engagement.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and reports for CSR partners and donors.
• Identify beneficiaries and areas in need of support.
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, volunteers and local stakeholders.
• Reach out to corporates, foundations for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement activities.
• Assist in planning and executing food donation campaigns.
• Maintain records of outreach activities, partnerships, donations and impact.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reportsfor potential CSR partners and donors.
  
• Coordinate food distribution drives in slumand underserved communities.
  
• Identify and connect with areas andbeneficiaries in need of support.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs,volunteers, community leaders, and local stakeholders.
  
• Reach out to corporates, foundations, andorganizations for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities.

Requirements

Education
