Job Description:

Summary: Experienced Business Analyst who can gather important company data and compile it into reports departmental managers can use. We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements and translate it into IT as SRS/ BRD.
2. Bridge between IT and Business teams for application development/ enhancements and provide support to business users for application.
3. Develop comprehensive end to end test cases at the application and multi-application levels.
4. Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results.
5. Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
6. Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• BSC (IT), BCA, MCA, B.Com (Statistics).
• Advance SQL DBMS.
• Strong practical experience on MS Office mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Detail analytical abilities.
• Experience on user testing and project management.
