Follow up with desktop support team for coordinating patch updation, build version upgrade, OS migration etc.

Follow up with desktop support team for Monitoring whitelisted applications in the bank and to uninstall unwanted applications.

Tracking licenced applications, timely renewal of subscriptions etc and maintain repository of the same.

Regular follow up of vulnerabilities reported security advisory CERT-IN/OEM.

Version upgrade of outdated applications.

Responsibility for troubleshooting desktop level dependencies of various applications.

Adapt to recent technologies and implement the same in Bank’s environment.
