Job description

Job Title: IT Head

Eligibility: B-Tech/M-Tech/MSc in Computer Science; preferably PhD in Computer Science.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT development, IT infrastructure, IT vendor management, IT product development, hardware and software networking experience in cold chain logistics and supply chain industry. Experience as IT Head is preferred.

Certifications: Microsoft/Cisco certification is preferable; any international certification in software development and product development will be an additional value add.

Location: Candidates from Mumbai preferred; immediate joiners will be given preference.

Requirements: Candidates must have their own four-wheeler and laptop. Extensive travel will be required.

Role: Experienced candidates will be considered as IT Consultant to head and manage the entire IT function of Crystal Group.

Salary Package: As IT Consultant.
Monthly maintenance salary: ₹50,000 (fixed).
Incentive: ₹4,00,000 on a half-yearly basis (fixed).

Work Schedule: Weekly 2 days of visits to office are mandatory.

Educational Background: Candidates from IIT or reputed institutions are required.

Team Handling: Candidates having IT team handling experience are required.

Gender Preference: Male candidates will be preferred for this position.

Salary Range: ₹1,100,175.00 – ₹1,499,167.00 per year
