Quant Blueprint LLC is on the lookout for an experienced Crypto Research Analyst to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will research upcoming trends in the crypto landscape and collaborate with Web3 communities to inform trading strategies.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, fluency in English, and ideally 1–2 years of experience interacting with on-chain protocols. Strong communication skills are essential, and being actively involved in the crypto community is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience interacting with protocols on-chain.
• Being terminally online and sharing your Twitter handle is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Research Analyst to join our team and help us discover and capitalize alpha across the crypto landscape.

Responsibilities

• Follow up research on upcoming Web3 trends and narratives
• Stay abreast of industry news, regulatory developments, and emerging insights to inform trading strategies.
• Interact with Web3 communities on Telegram / Discord to identify upcoming updates or changes before the masses.
• Lead or assist in due diligence of projects before investing in tokens by building financial models such as cash flow, valuation, ROI, investment feasibility analysis, etc.

Qualifications

• Full‑time Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical or non‑technical field (preferably in Finance or Computer Science)
• Fluency in English
• 1–2 years of experience interacting with protocols on‑chain (a plus if you can share a few of your on‑addresses as proof‑of‑experience)
• Terminally online (a plus if you can share your Twitter handle)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
