Job Description: Business Development & Social Media Marketing (SMM) Associate for Cryo Corp, an Engineering Export Firm based in Chembur, Mumbai

Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of the role is to engage within the industrial gases’ community, including clients with oxygen plants and oxygen plant manufacturers, through various social media platforms. Also, achieving superior engagement with various clients and suppliers of the company with an aim to build the brand value of Cryo Corp.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business and product ranges quickly to maintain an internal database of product pictures in an organised manner. Keep improving and adding high-resolution product pictures in the database and use them as a primary source for creating content for social media platforms.
2. Enhance and create content for company pages on key social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, India Mart, Just Dial, Alibaba, Instagram etc. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages queries and interest.
3. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social media presence leading to more queries.
4. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.
5. Facilitate individuals/vendors in creating designs for any print materials for the company like brochures, standees, invites, greeting, calendars, banners, price lists, and stationery with appropriate messaging and use of the company logo.
6. Facilitate with vendors in ensuring the company website is re-designed to make it our brand-value website, which is interactive with updated content, blogs, videos etc.

Skills and Educational Qualifications:

1. 2 years of working experience in social media marketing with start-up incubation centres or consumer internet companies, or marketing agencies.
2. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
3. Having experience in using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for graphic designing and other creative designing.
4. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
5. Adequate knowledge of creative designing, web development and SEO.
6. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
7. Minimum qualification is Bachelor in any stream.
8. General IT skills in troubleshooting.

Nature and Period of Engagement:

Full-time contractual engagement for an initial period of 1 year with 3 months probation and extendable based on needs of the company and performance of the candidate.
