Job Description:

Job Title: System Analyst, Grade: Manager/Senior Manager, Department: Technology & Solutions, Location: Airoli, Reporting To: Karishma P

Position Purpose: Techno-functional expert with experience in managing applications/integrations/system automations in Banking/Customer Service Domain

Position Responsibilities:

• Worked on the SDLC and Agile model of implementing projects
• Able to analyse problem areas highlighted by Business stakeholders and build/deliver solutions on the same
• Knowledge of CRMNext or similar CRM platforms
• Team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills
• Knowledge of programming languages – Java/dotnet
• Experience in working on API integrations. Understanding of ESB/Node JS
• Well versed with databases - SQL/Oracle
• Sound understanding of system architecture, operating systems and data structures
• Be accountable for successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills
