Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Solution Engineer to enhance our team. This keyrole involves the design, development, and implementation of customized CMF solutions, bridging the gap between our clients operational requirements and our technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design and develop MES systems that meet client specifications.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical plans that integrate seamlessly with client operations.
• Develop and enhance interfaces and modules for MES platforms, focusing on functionality and user experience.
• Conduct system integration and perform comprehensive functional testing to guarantee system reliability and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and technical guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth system adoption and functionality.
• Document technical processes and create comprehensive user manuals for client use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, maintaining high system integrity and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering expertise in CMF solutions and operations.

What you have to offer

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in system development, with a strong preference for backgrounds in C# / .NET development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of leading software solutions for advanced manufacturing and their integration with ERP, IoT, and Level 2 systems.
• Proven experience in programming languages such as .NET, Angular, and SQL (or comparable relational database management systems).
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and integrating enterprise solutions.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing workflows, data management, and quality control.
• Experience in managing medium to large projects using agile software development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business domains.
• Proficiency in the German and English language at B2 level or higher (professional fluency).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations and GAMP 5.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
