What You Will Do
- Develop a deep knowledge of Criteo’s new products, solutions, and market position while focusing on incubating the go-to-market delivery of these initiatives.
- Build POCs/MVPs using new and existing technology stacks to meet the company’s strategic goals for new products.
- Project manage and lead the prioritization of technical topics around new products and solutions.
- Mentor junior team members with continuous knowledge sharing.
- Develop expertise on internal and third-party platform integration workflows, documenting learnings to assist field teams in operating and maintaining campaigns at scale.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting using our platform capabilities and internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional and global teams to gather feedback on product performance and adoption.
- Contribute actively during the proof-of-concept phase of new partnerships as a DSP.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other object-oriented languages.
- Willingness to code and test new concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analytics is a plus.
- Previous software program management experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the ad-tech industry and digital advertising campaigns focused on video and mobile apps is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Soft Skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity: Excitement for solving complex problems without clear solutions.
- Organized / Process-oriented: Ability to document and log decisions systematically, using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Flexible: Openness to pivot and adapt to evolving products and technologies.
