Your field of responsibility

An experienced professional to lead the GOT Cash Management & Intraday Liquidity Team. The main objective of the role is to lead the IT development team and provide direction for ongoing delivery of change projects, establishing run-the-bank processes to manage BAU Cash Management, managing and reporting IT risk and control metrics for Cash Management globally. You will partner with senior stakeholders (in CFO & Global Operations), manage cash management project schedules, identify risks and issues, clearly communicate them to stakeholders, and manage expectations. You will also partner with GOT CASH Solution Architecture to align delivery to Cash Management’s strategy, lead the identification of opportunities for improvement of the Cash Management function through driving continual capability improvement and automation, and be accountable for IT ownership of the application stack in Cash Management (not direct IT ownership).

1. 12+ years of overall experience, with a track record in leading global IT development teams for at least 2 years.
2. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
3. Strong critical thinking and end-to-end problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure problems, complete analysis, and communicate findings.
4. Good understanding of core technologies used in the software development domain, continuous integration, and deployment practices – proficient in pros and cons of technical alternatives.
5. Experience identifying business opportunities, working with solution architecture to build product strategy, and developing roadmaps.
6. Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners at all levels.
7. Financial services experience – preferably in Operations Technology / Treasury / Cash Management / Settlements.
8. People management skills – team development (provides coaching & mentoring as needed), hiring/recruitment, performance management.
