Citigroup Inc. in Mumbai is seeking a senior Credit Portfolio Officer to lead collections policy activities, monitor portfolios and propose strategy enhancements across all lines of business. This IC role involves stakeholder coordination, policy reviews, and end-to-end initiative leadership.
You will develop reporting frameworks for USPB collections, conduct SAS-based risk analyses, and present insights to senior management while ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance.
The Credit Portfolio Officer is a senior-level position responsible for leading collections policy activities including (not restricted to) portfolio monitoring, portfolio deep-dives, suggesting strategy and policy enhancements opportunities, lead end to end implementation of strategies, which involves working with different stakeholders across teams, review policy exceptions and work with the controls teams closely on sizing, fixing and providing effective controls. Participate in regulatory reviews and exams. Its an IC role supporting all LoBs (Brands , CRS , PIL and USRB)
