Job Profile: Project Manager – Real Estate Investments (CAT-II AIF)

Position Title: Project Manager – Real Estate Investments

CTC: 13-15 LPA

Primary Skills: Project site coordination, Escrow and NOC Management, stakeholder Communication

Experience Required: 2-3 Years in Banking or NBFC Industry for Real Estate Client

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Site Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between project sites and external/internal stakeholders. Coordinate with various agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project progress. Regularly monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Escrow and NOC Management: Ensure efficient management of escrow accounts in compliance with regulatory norms. Coordinate with legal and financial teams for timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
  • Business Plan Development and Implementation: Assist in developing detailed business plans for real estate investments. Ensure alignment of project execution with the approved business plans.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare quarterly reports on project progress, financials, and other key metrics for top management. Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including investment updates and compliance tracking.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with investors, consultants, and senior management. Address project-related queries and provide regular updates.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and fund objectives.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
