Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai invites applications for a Credit Manager to lead the Corporate - Support Services-Credit team. The role requires overseeing a group of credit analysts and coordinating proposal prioritization with the business teams.

You will guide analysts to improve notes, vet credit appraisal documents, discuss terms for risk assessments, and monitor the portfolio, escalating issues with action plans where needed and maintaining regular client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years experience in credit underwriting.
• CA or MBA degree.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and balance sheet analysis.
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, SEBI and other statutory requirements.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
