Aufgaben

• Prepare credit appraisal notes for SME clients and assess solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Conduct credit checks and prepare appraisal notes as per approval authorities.
• Present proposals at sanctioning forums and obtain approvals from authorities.
• Engage with approving authorities providing independent views on credit/economic developments.
• Manage renewal of accounts and portfolio enhancements while ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate with business teams to align decision-making with risk and business needs.
• Lead a team of 3–4 members.
• Discuss risk assessment terms with business units and obtain required customer information for CRANs.
• Monitor accounts as per sanctioning authority terms.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly monitoring reports and escalate non-compliances with action plans.
• Visit units and submit inspection reports; address escalations related to risk assessments.

Job Role:

PreparationofCreditAppraisal notes forSME.

• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Creditappraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes,creditchecks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of thecredit/ economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
