• In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, risk management principles, lending products, and financial regulations.
• Proven track record of managing a credit portfolio and achieving business objectives.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
