Responsibilities

• Credit Appraisal: analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants (individuals and/or businesses).
• Loan Processing: Manage the loan application process from initial submission to disbursement, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with loan applications, and recommend appropriate loan terms and conditions.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on loan applicants, including verifying information and conducting background checks.
• Loan Structuring: Structure loan terms and conditions to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and lending policies.
• Documentation: Prepare and review loan documentation, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to loan applicants, answering questions and providing updates on the status of their applications.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline underwriting processes.
