Job summary

Epimoney in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Credit & Risk professional to join our expanding team. You will work across analysis and finance to underwrite unsecured loan applications and evaluate proposals, ensuring policy compliance and timely decisions.

The role requires 5–8 years in credit/risk, a background in unsecured lending, and an MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works well in teams, and is ready to lead the CPA team and coordinate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Credit and Risk in banks, NBFCs or fintechs.
• Experience in unsecured lending.
• MBA preferred with relevant experience.
• Location: Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and appraise unsecured loan applicants within policy guidelines.
• Conduct telephonic PDs to evaluate credit proposals.
• Supervise login, processing, disbursement, MIS, etc.
• Ensure quick turnaround of loan applications.
• Prepare PD notes & recommending notes for approval to higher authority.
• Managing and training the CPA team regularly.

Qualification and Experience:

• Masters degree (MBA preferred) with relevant experience
