Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage clinician credentialing, documentation, health screenings, and compliance while ensuring timely completion and accurate records. The role is based on-site in Baner, Pune with a shift from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of credentialing experience, strong communication, and meticulous data accuracy. US healthcare staffing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years credentialing experience or handling credentialing documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely credentialing of healthcare clinicians.
• Maintain and update clinician profiles and credentialing records.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Schedule and follow up on required health screenings and clearances.
• Communicate with clinicians via email, phone, and text to obtain required documentation.
• Track pending, missing, and expiring credentials and follow up for timely completion.
• Coordinate with recruiters, credentialing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client and facility-specific credentialing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and proactively escalate delays or compliance gaps.

• Communicate with clinicians via email, phone, and text to obtain required documentation.
