Job summary

Dentawise Colorshealth Solutions India Private Limited is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to own end-to-end provider credentialing for US healthcare clients. The hybrid role combines office and work-from-home days, with focus on CMS compliance, client servicing, and rapid process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in credentialing, strong CMS knowledge, and hands-on use of SharePoint and credentialing software; MS Excel proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Provider Credentialing/Enrollment Services.
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and payer credentialing requirements.
• Proven experience working directly with US healthcare clients.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and credentialing software; proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing per CMS and state guidelines.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide status updates and compliance reports.
• Represent the credentialing team in client meetings on progress, compliance, and metrics.
• Load and maintain enrollment data ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze enrollment and billing workflows to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Maintain client files and logs via SharePoint and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate with clients on data discrepancies and ensure cross-team communication.
• Support and train staff on updated processes, systems and best practices.

We're Hiring! Join our growing Healthcare Operations team as a Credentialing Specialist and take ownership of end-to-end provider credentialing, client relationship management, and compliance reporting for US healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to‑to‑end provider credentialing & re‑credentialing in compliance with CMS and state‑specific guidelines.

• Represent the credentialing team in client meetings covering application progress, compliance, and performance metrics.
