Job Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring the network runs optimally and all systems function smoothly.
• Network Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor network performance, proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Network Design & Documentation: Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and configuration details to support planning and upgrades.
• Network Configuration & Management: Configure and manage network components such as ACLs, DHCP, IPsec tunnels, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• MPLS Management: Oversee configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MPLS technology for reliable connectivity.
• IT Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain records of network infrastructure and IT assets.
• IT Security & Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Documentation & Process Management: Maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and procedures.
• Helpdesk & Service Desk Management: Oversee support request management, ensuring timely resolution.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Helpdesk and engineering teams.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT management, focusing on network and server infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL, and Barracuda Firewalls.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP.
• Experience in network security and device hardening.
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications like Cisco CCNP, CCIE preferred.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO27001, PCI DSS frameworks.
• Proficiency in English and effective communication skills.
