Adobe’s AI Studio in Bengaluru invites a Creative Technologist to architect and operate production workflows behind generative AI-powered campaigns. You will design automated pipelines and ensure outputs meet brand standards.

You will integrate ComfyUI, Weavy, and other node-based tools, build reusable components, and collaborate with creative and operations teams to scale production while maintaining reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative technology or workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of generative AI models and image-generation pipelines.

The Opportunity

Adobe’s AI Studio partners with the world’s leading brands to produce campaign creative at scale. Creative Technologists are the builders at the center of that production engine, designing and maintaining the automated workflows that allow our Creative Designers to move faster, produce more, and focus on what only humans can do.

As a Creative Technologist, you will architect and operate the technical infrastructure behind AI Studio’s creative production workflows. You bring deep hands‑on fluency in ComfyUI, Weavy, and other node‑based design apps and know how to stitch those tools together into production‑grade systems that scale. You are equally comfortable in a technical build session and a customer conversation, and you take personal ownership of the reliability and quality of everything you ship.

What You’ll Do

Build and Operate Production Workflows

• Design, build, and maintain automated creative production workflows.
• Architect end-to-end pipelines that integrate generative AI outputs into brand-compliant, activation-ready creative assets.
• Develop and maintain reusable workflow components, node libraries, and prompt templates that accelerate production across the team.
• Optimize pipelines for throughput and consistency, enabling high-volume variant production across formats, channels, and aspect ratios.
• Monitor workflow performance, diagnose failures, and continuously improve reliability and output quality.

Collaborate with Creative and Operations Teams

• Partner closely with Creative Designers, Motion Designers, and Content Operations Leads to translate campaign briefs into automated production pipelines.
• Serve as the technical bridge between creative intent and workflow execution – ensuring that automated outputs meet the quality bar set by the creative team.
• Document workflows, configurations, and best practices so the full team can build on and maintain your work.
• Contribute to a growing internal knowledge base of workflow patterns, prompting strategies, and tooling integrations.

Partner with Customers and Inform the Product

• Engage directly with customer counterparts to understand technical requirements and configure workflows that meet their brand and production standards.
• Present workflow logic and capabilities clearly to non-technical stakeholders, translating complexity into confidence.
• Provide structured feedback on Adobe tools and adjacent tools to help inform Adobe’s product roadmap.
• Stay current on emerging tools and techniques – and bring what’s working back to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in creative technology, workflow automation, or a related technical role – agency, in-house, or production studio environments all translate well.
• Hands-on proficiency with ComfyUI, including custom node development, pipeline design, and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud; working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools as workflow inputs and outputs.
• Solid understanding of generative AI models, image generation pipelines, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Ability to read and write code sufficient for workflow scripting and automation – Python, JavaScript, or equivalent is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools into production pipelines.
• Strong communication skills across creative, technical, and business audiences.
• A high bar for quality and a sense of ownership over the systems and outputs you build.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign production, or creative operations is a strong plus.
