Job summary

Adobe Bengaluru is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer to contribute to the Adobe Unified Platform. You will design, build, deploy, and maintain robust microservices and RESTful APIs, with emphasis on scalable cloud services and real-time capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review architecture and test strategies, and push for improvements in reliability, performance and development processes. Strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Backend technologies like Java, NodeJS, REST APIs.
• Databases: NoSQL (DynamoDB), SQL.
• DevOps tools: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker etc.
• Hands-on experience crafting large-scale microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, etc.
• Proficiency in data structures and Low Level Design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Innovate within the current system to improve robustness, ease, and convenience.
• Articulate design and code choices to cross-functional teams.
• Review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs, time & budget estimates, and test strategies.
• Develop and evolve engineering and business processes to optimize team efficiency.
• Partner with senior engineers across Adobe to achieve common goals.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and collaborators to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

We empower enterprise Admins to deploy, govern, and manage Adobe cloud storage — giving them the ability to control, inspect, and act on enterprise content for compliance, control, and clarity at scale. We make Adobe storage enterprise-ready.

What you need to succeed
