WPP Production is seeking a Creative Technologist to drive AI-powered creative solutions at scale. You will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, shaping intelligent workflows across multimodal content generation for digital campaigns.

You will collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality marketing content, exploring emerging AI tools and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Technology, Digital Production, Creative Development, Design Technology, Innovation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and technology teams to design AI-powered creative solutions for marketing campaigns.
• Translate concepts into structured prompt frameworks and multimodal content generation strategies.
• Develop and optimize workflows using generative AI tools for image, video, text, and audio content creation.
• Partner with technical teams to build, test, and improve AI-driven production pipelines and automation workflows.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
• Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives.
• Support development of reusable prompt libraries, templates, workflows, and best practices for scalable content production.
• Present AI-powered solutions and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency through automation and AI innovation.

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and technology teams to design AI-powered creative solutions for marketing campaigns.

• Present AI-powered creative solutions, demonstrations, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.


• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency through automation, workflow optimization, and AI innovation.


• Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, multimodal models, creative technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Technology, Digital Production, Creative Development, Design Technology, Innovation, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, and multimodal content generation (image, video, text, and audio).


• Experience working with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Flux, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI, Google Veo, Kling, or similar platforms.


• Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration tools such as ComfyUI, n8n, Langflow, or similar automation platforms.


• Understanding of creative production workflows, digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.


• Knowledge of APIs, automation tools, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) to support AI workflow integration is preferred.


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.


• Ability to balance creative thinking with technical execution in a fast-paced production environment.

Good to Have

• Experience working in an advertising, creative, production, or digital agency environment.


• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and multimodal AI systems.


• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, motion design, or video production workflows.


• Experience developing AI playbooks, prompt libraries, or scalable creative automation frameworks.


• Certifications in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud AI Platforms, or related technologies are an added advantage.
