Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Creative Specialist - Design to translate brand direction into compelling concepts and visual storytelling across campaigns, packaging and retail.

You will design, edit and animate work, bringing global brands to life with local relevance. You will lead original visuals, shape art direction, and collaborate with the Creative Manager, expanding AI-assisted techniques and scalable design systems to ensure consistent brand experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary design, graphic or motion design, art direction or a related creative discipline.
• A portfolio showing original ideas, strong design craft and proven video-editing and animation skills.
• Hands-on proficiency in design, image editing, video and motion tools, alongside practical generative AI experience.
• The ability to develop packaging, retail and VM concepts through compelling mock-ups.
• Confidence presenting ideas, responding to direction and delivering polished work independently.

• Set the standard for rollout: Build original assets and design systems, giving external partners clear direction to adapt the work consistently at scale.

We are looking for a hands‑on, multidisciplinary creative who combines original thinking with exceptional design craft to create work that connects with local consumers.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will translate brand direction into compelling concepts and visual storytelling across campaigns, social, digital, packaging and retail-personally designing, editing and animating the work.
