Job summary

Games2win World is seeking a seasoned Creative Producer to lead content for our flagship mobile game Decisions on Android and iOS. You will work as the primary liaison among Writers, Editors, 2D Artists, PMs, and Programmers to bring stories to life across markets including the US and EU.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in digital entertainment production, exceptional English communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Fine Arts / Liberal Arts graduate with strong written and spoken English and impeccable grammar.
• Must have exposure to US, EU and global markets for content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and on demand.
• Passion for mobile games and digital products.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage the main story sheets; coordinate with Writers, Editors, 2D Artists, PMs and Programmers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep storytelling progress on track.
• Define content handoffs to different departments from the Main Story Sheet.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and monitor deadlines.
• Analyze competitors’ games for ideas and share with the team.

Who do we need

Games2win is seeking a talented, experienced creative producer to lead content for our hugely popular mobile game decisions on Android and iOS platforms.

Decisions: Choose Your Interactive Stories Choice on Android / or / Choose Your Story (Decisions) on iTunes

The Creative Producer is a primary point of contact for everyone involved in making each story in Decisions come alive. This will include Writers, Editors, 2D Artists, Project Managers, and Programmers.

What will you need to do (Role and Responsibilities)

• Be OBSESSED with the Main Story Sheet that you will manage. (Will be shared as part of the assignment).


• Work with all the stakeholders and keep the story progressing forward.


• Define areas in the Main Story Sheet that must be sent to different departments.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proactively play our top competitors games (Chapters, Choices), identify good ideas and share with the team!

Who could you be Background, Experience & Educational Qualification:

• A fine Arts, Liberal Arts graduate with expert-level written and spoken English and impeccable grammar and sentenceconstruction review skills.


• You must be exposed to what has worked in the US and Global markets, given that our target is the US, EU, and other markets. (Be an avid OTT watcher of US, EU, and Global Shows).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under strict deadlines.


• Strong time and resource management skills.


• On-the-fly problem-solving ability.


• Ability to be creative on demand.
