Job summary

Pepper is seeking a highly organized Creative Producer to oversee end-to-end production within a focused business vertical in Mumbai. This role reports to the Associate Director, Production and requires coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external vendors across Indian and US markets.

The ideal candidate brings 3–4 years of production or creative operations experience, strong project management, and a hands-on approach to deliver assets on time while managing budgets and quality

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on production or creative operations experience.
• Experience working with Indian and US markets is mandatory.
• Strong network of vendors, freelancers, and production partners.
• Exposure to BFSI and/or non-BFSI sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities from kickoff to final delivery.

Pepper is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production operations within a specific business vertical. Reporting to the Associate Director, Production, this role will be part of a collaborative team of producers and will be responsible for driving projects from brief to final delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in production and project management, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and can effectively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors across both Indian and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage day-to-day production activities from project kickoff to final delivery.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task trackers.
• Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.

Process & Operations Management

• Ensure compliance with internal production processes, documentation, contracts, invoicing, and payment workflows.
• Maintain accurate project records, status updates, and production documentation.

Production Execution

• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, production partners, and internal teams for timely delivery of assets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet creative and production standards.
• Monitor project budgets and flag any deviations proactively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Content, and Account teams to facilitate seamless project flow.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and support efficient collaboration across teams.

Client Coordination

• Support client communication by sharing project updates, timelines, and delivery statuses.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations under the guidance of the Associate Director.
• Identify potential delays, risks, or resource constraints early.
• Escalate critical issues to the Associate Director and help implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement

• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve production workflows, operational efficiency, and team processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in production, project management, or creative operations within an agency, production house, content studio, or creative organization.
• Experience working with Indian and US markets is mandatory.
• Strong network of vendors, freelancers, and production partners across relevant creative domains.
• Exposure to BFSI and/or Non-BFSI sectors is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
