Job summary

Maverick in Gurgaon is seeking a Creative Producer to translate creative ideas into high-quality productions delivered at speed. You will convert concepts and scripts into practical production plans and drive end-to-end delivery.

You'll build schedules, shot lists and production workflows, coordinate writers, AI filmmakers, editors and external resources, and manage daily progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in advertising, film, OTT, or digital production.
• Excellent project-management skills.
• Strong understanding of creative production.
• Comfortable with AI-based production workflows.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
