Qualifications

• Proficiency in creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and branding.
• Ability to create engaging marketing collaterals for digital and print use.
• Experience designing social media creatives, brochures, presentations, banners, and other brand assets.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a creative design, visual communication, or marketing support role.
• Experience supporting a Marketing Lead or working as part of a marketing team.
• Hands-on experience in developing creative assets for campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
• Creating decks, one-pagers, brochures and case studies for the sales teams and partners.
• Comfortable in small, fast-paced teams, owning planning and delivery.
• Start-up experience is a significant plus.
