Job summary

Casagrand is seeking a skilled graphic designer to craft high-quality social media creatives (static and carousel) and performance marketing visuals for multiple platforms. You will develop logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems while producing agency deliverables such as pitch decks and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for social media (static + carousel)
• Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Work on campaign concepts and convert them into strong visual executions
• Develop branding materials such as:
• Logos (basic)
• Brand guidelines
• Visual identity systems
• Design agency deliverables:
• Pitch decks
• Client presentations
• Proposal designs
• Create print creatives like:
• Posters
• Flyers
• Brochures
• Standee designs
• Collaborate with content writers, strategists, and client servicing
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and brand accuracy across all outputs
• Adapt quickly to feedback and deliver revisions efficiently using AI

Skills Required

• Strong command over Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator + Adobe premiere + After effects
• Good understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition
• Ability to design for both:
