Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Creative Director located in Hyderabad. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the creative strategy and execution across a range of digital and offline channels and platforms, managing a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals. The Creative Director will work closely with the account management and strategy teams to ensure all creative output aligns with the client brief, brand standards, and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Master of Fine Arts
• Proven experience of 10 years as a creative director or in a similar creative leadership role within a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, creative concept development, and project management
• Excellent knowledge of designing software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision and Figma
• Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetic trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field
• Experience working on digital campaigns, website design, social media campaigns, print and outdoor advertising is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
