Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Experience: Exceptional Freshers / Early-Career Professionals
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Akrisso Innovations Private Limited is an AI technology company built around a simple belief: AI is only as powerful as the human mind directing it. We look for people who know their craft deeply, think logically, question the obvious and use AI as a tool to extend their ability, not replace it. If you rely on AI to think, create or code for you, Akrisso may not be the right place. We are looking for people with the judgement, curiosity and skill to shape AI, control it and use it to create work that would not be possible otherwise.
We are looking for a creative professional who understands that good design is not decoration, and good editing is not the arrangement of clips.
You should understand how colour creates emotion, composition directs attention, sound changes perception, typography creates personality, motion controls energy, and interface design influences how people feel while using a product.
This is a multidisciplinary creative role across video, motion, visual design, brand communication and the visual side of UI/UX.
You should be equally comfortable thinking about a frame, a logo, a screen, a transition, a colour palette or a piece of sound.
Software matters.
But judgement matters more.
You should have strong practical understanding of:
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Blender, generative creative tools or additional design software is useful.
But knowing more software will never compensate for weak creative judgement.
We are looking for someone who understands that:
You should be able to look at creative work and explain why it succeeds or why it fails.
We notice people who:
AI can generate an image.
It cannot decide whether the image communicates the right emotion.
AI can generate a logo.
It cannot decide whether the identity belongs to the brand.
AI can generate a video.
It cannot decide whether the pacing, sound and story connect with people.
AI can suggest an interface.
It cannot replace your understanding of hierarchy, usability and visual judgement.
We expect you to use AI intelligently where it expands creative possibilities.
But AI should extend your ability, not create it.
If the tools disappeared tomorrow, you should still understand design, editing, motion and visual communication.
